Member View Product Description

• CSI Technologies, Inc. announces Member View, the solution to your regional membership management needs. Member View provides a means to conveniently automate many of the tedious and time consuming details of regional membership management. There is no programming required!

  Even though the present version is geared towards Sports Car Club of America regional management, the program can be easily adapted to meet the needs of virtually any membership organization. In fact, the goal is to broaden the scope of MemberView and make it a turnkey management tool for any membership organization, from local fire departments to the Elks Club.  Many organizations could use MemberView "as is" with no modifications just by ignoring the items specific to SCCA.  If you are interested, but are not an SCCA region, don't hesitate to contact us! You need MemberView too!

    • Member view program, and uninstall program, the BDE configuration program, the 16 bit BDE (32 bit BDE with Windows 95 version), Windows 3.1 and 95 help files, Word and RTF versions of the manual and an empty Member View database.
• 10. “Beta” test program
  • 10.1. What is a beta test?
    • Beta testing refers to the process of providing interested users with a pre-release version of software for testing and evaluation.
  • 10.2. Vendor’s point of view.
    • The main purpose from the point of view of the vendor is to gain information from real world users about the operation of the software including the identification of bugs, ease of operation and other relevant program characteristics. To be a successful program, users need to give feedback to the vendor. Particularly important is the identification of bugs or other serious problems. The sooner we know about these things, the sooner a solid and reliable product can be released.
  • 10.3. Users point of view.
    • From the point of view of the user, it is a way to evaluate a program before purchasing it. Even more importantly, it gives the end user a chance to influence the direction of the final product so that it more closely meets his needs. If there is a feature you just "must" have. Let us know and we will try to get it into the program.
